Putting A Derailleur On My Fixie

Tonight I am on the hunt on the web for a better bike derailleur for my fixie that I have changed back into a geared bike to use for commuting. The city I live in is very hilly so it is a bit dangerous riding my fixie in traffic. Also I have been a little paranoid because there have been a couple of accidents with guys on their fixies with autos in the downtown area. I don’t feel as though I need a ton of gears, I am thinking about possibly a six speed. I have the capacity to be flexible because my shifter is the old indexed style.

Shuttle Service

My first priority is finding out which one of the tysons corner hotels offers a free shuttle service. I need to be able to get around while I am in town and I hate to rent a car. It is such a pain to check one out and then try to find a place to park when I head into the metro area. Instead, I like to have someone else drive while I sit back and enjoy a book on my way into the city.

Boxing training workouts can get stale and the fighter can adapt if changes aren’t made. There are several things you can change to keep the fighter or yourself from adapting. The first thing you can do it use a thirty second rest period instead of the one minute rest period. The decreased rest will challenge the fighter as the thirty seconds will fly by!

Another thing you can do is use a longer round. Increase the working round from three minutes to a four minute working round. Usually, I start out on the beach. It makes for an easy transition into the water. This time, someone in the group mentioned going snorkeling in florida keys from a boat. I guess you can jump right off and get started. Everyone else has done this before and ensures me that it is much easier than it might seem. So tomorrow we head out and I will find our first hand whether or not this is the best way to get into the water.

An acquaintance of mine was cruising some new websites and found a site that is terrific in with its artistic features and layout. She was looking into trying to find some cycle shorts for when she rides her commuter bike, something would work off the bike as well so that she could feel comfortable shopping them as well. Getting Away for the Weekend

I was so glad that we were able to get away this weekend. Things had gotten really stressful for us at home, and we just needed to get away together and spend some time enjoying each other’s company again. We went to the Clatskanie River Inn and it was perfect. It allowed us to just relax and enjoy each other’s company without a lot of distractions. I definitely think that we need to start doing this more often for our marriage.
