Don't be fooled by imitations.

This table shows approximate measurements for dosage, salt test kits are recommended.

1 lb. Salt per 100 gallons pond water --------Tonic - (0.1%)

2 lb. Salt per 100 gallons pond water --------Algae begins to die (0.25%)

2.5 lb. Salt per 100 gallons pond water ------Detoxify nitrite, good tonic, kills some parasites (0.3%)

4 lb. Salt per 100 gallons pond water ---------Helps control parasites in pond 2-4 week treatment (0.5%)

8 lb. Salt per 100 gallons pond water --------Treats ulcers, 4 week treatment (1.0%)

1 lb. Salt per 5 gallon pond water -------------Kills parasites in fish, use as a separate bath-short duration (2.5%)

3 lb. Salt per 5 gallon pond water -------------10-15 minutes with supervision (3.5%)
